We all need places to gather the things we use everyday. The objects we choose for this purpose should be more than just useful. They should provide interest, even inspiration. I create pieces for this purpose using vintage and salvaged materials because of the history these materials carry and the stories they can inspire. Description
This birdhouse is sized for wrens or any other bird using a 1.25" diameter entrance. The roof is salvaged ceiling tin and the rest of the house is made from salvaged wood. The bottom has a drop down door made of cedar for easy cleaning. The vintage cabinet pull perch reminded me of a smile.
