We all need places to gather the things we use everyday. The objects we choose for this purpose should be more than just useful. They should provide interest, even inspiration. I create pieces for this purpose using vintage and salvaged materials because of the history these materials carry and the stories they can inspire. All Had Matter Art is handmade by me in my studio.
Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy
All purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by them:
1. Exchanges
Exchanges for similar items permitted within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges will be shipped at buyers expense. All sales final, no refunds.
2. Damages
Had Matter ships via USPS Priority Mail. The Post Office automatically insures these shipments for $50. In the rare event of a package arriving with damage to the product, Had Matter will replace the product with a similar product at my cost or a refund with a bank check when the damaged goods are returned. Had Matter will reimburse your return shipping expense with a bank check in the new shipment or as an addition to a refund check .
3. Shipping: Local pickup
If you make a purchase with shipping set to “local pickup,” then it will be your responsibility to make arrangements to pick up from Had Matter at her studio.
4. Newsletter
Customers may give permission for their email to be added to Had Matter’s Newsletter email list. This list will never be used for any purpose other than announcements and invitations pertaining to Had Matter.
5. Privacy Policy
No customer information (including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, email address or payment and order details) will ever be sold or made available to any third party, except as required by law enforcement authorities.
Had Matter is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
