Please fill out the form below with as many details as you can.  If you are planning to provide an image, it has to be a file large enough for me to print at a reasonable size (ie. 4"x 6" at 300dpi).

Please include the title of any pieces that are similar to what you would like to order and whatever specifications you have in mind such as size of shelf or number of hooks.

Due to the current situation I am not at Eastern Market, but I can offer curbside pick up on Capitol Hill.
