We all need places to gather the things we use everyday. The objects we choose for this purpose should be more than just useful. They should provide interest, even inspiration. I create pieces for this purpose using vintage and salvaged materials because of the history these materials carry and the stories they can inspire. Description
This advertisement for a Harley Davidson motorcycle is from 1913. Sixty-eight mph is still fast, but it must have felt like a rocket over a hundred years ago. I had to make it with a leather interior and chrome edging, otherwise it would'nt be a Harley.
